We cover manufacturing defects only, including:

  • Frame issues related to materials or workmanship
  • Lens defects affecting vision or coating integrity

If it’s our mistake, we own it.

warranty does not cover:

  • Scratches, chips, or general wear over time
  • Accidental damage (drops, pressure, bending)
  • Misuse, improper handling, or poor storage
  • Any third-party repairs, alterations, or modifications

Real life happens—but not everything is a defect.

If approved:

  • Your pair will be repaired or replaced, based on what we decide fits best
  • If your model is sold out(limited drop), you’ll receive:
  • A replacement of equal value, or
  • Store credit
