Returns
Yes—but not for everything.
We accept returns only under specific conditions, because every drop is limited.
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is unused and in original condition
- All packaging, tags, and contents are intact
- There is a manufacturing defect or incorrect item delivered
If it’s perfect, it’s meant to stay.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Minor variations in color or design
- Products that show signs of use
- Items damaged after delivery
You don’t “try” AARKA. You own it.
Refunds are rare by design.
If approved, you may receive:
- Store credit, or
- A refund to the original payment method (only in valid cases)
We prioritize value, not reversals.
- If the issue is ours (defect/wrong item) → we cover it
- If not → shipping costs are not covered
Keep it precise:
- Email team@aarkaeyewear.com within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order number
- Provide clear photos or videos of the issue
- We review and respond within 48 hours.
Refunds
Yes—but only in valid, verified cases.
Refunds are not standard—they’re conditional.
- Product has a manufacturing defect
- Wrong item delivered
- Return request meets all eligibility conditions
Based on the case, you may receive:
- Replacement (preferred)
- Refund to original payment method
- Processed within 5–7 business days after approval
- If the issue is ours → may be refunded
- Otherwise → not refundable
